How can I return a product?
You can return a product within 15 days from the date of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached, along with the packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and any other relevant documents.
What happens after I return the product?
Once we receive the product, our team at Aether Mind Tech Solutions will inspect it. If everything is in order, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method you used during the purchase.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if the product is damaged or returned after 15 days?
If the product is damaged or if the return is initiated after 15 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be entertained if the order has been processed. However, you can still return the product within 15 days of receiving it.
What if the order has already been shipped?
If the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can return the product within 15 days of receiving it.
